He is survived by: his children, Pamela Chickness (Thomas) of Harmony, Timothy White (Karen Truitt) of Beaver Falls, Bonnie Lewis (Charles) of Beaver Falls, Donald White (Jean) of East Palestine and Donna Ratkovich (David) of Beaver Falls; his grandchildren, Andrea (Jason Chickness), Chad (Matt Lewis), Christina (Megan White) and Jessica Black (Jacob Ratkovich) of Beaver Falls; and his brother John White.
