He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Pavkovich (Monica) and Scott Pavkovich (Julie); his granddaughter Rebecca; his godchildren, Erin Sabol and Mary Wilson; his cousins, Nick Pavkovich and Kitty Cramer; and his friends, Bobby Middleman and Carol A. Rebich.
