She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Lubert and Joseph Pszybyszewski; her husband John P. Katekovich; and her siblings, Ted Garrett, Chester Garrett, Tom Garrett, Joe "Butch" Garrett and Rose McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, John S. Katekovich (Joanne), Daniel Katekovich (Connie), Beth Derflinger (Bob), Anna M. Paulson (Bill) and Rosie Katekovich; her sister Alicia Shirley Sliwoski; her grandchildren, Jesse Derflinger, Emily Derflinger, Amanda Paulson, Rachel Katekovich, Danny Katekovich and James Katekovich; her great grandchildren, Kruz, Alyssa, Caleb and Christopher; and her great great grandchild Kade.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pathway Church (Chippewa) (239 Braun Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia's name may be made to the New Brighton Public Library, 1021 3rd Ave, New Brighton, PA, 15066 or the Pathway Church (Chippewa).
