He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond M.; and his siblings, Raymond M. Hall, Jr. and Norma Chambers. He is survived by: his parent Leona Hall, Sr. (Cook); his son Paul M. Hall of Newell, WV; and his siblings, William Hall (Lori) of New Castle, Maybelle Raisley (Ralph) of Wampum and Patricia Burton (Alvin) of Ringold, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
