He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his children, Michelle Lonsway (Michael) of Palm Bay, Catherine Couch and Russell Couch (Shelby) of Beaver Falls, PA; his sister Nancy Vukich (Frank); and his brother-in-law Richard Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
