She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Partington and Bertha Partington (Steiner); her husband Charles O. Duncan; her grandson Justin Malone; her daughter-in-law Debbie Duncan; and her siblings, William Partington, Evelyn Barkey and Doris Curry.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Charles Duncan of Columbiana, Richard Robert Duncan, Howard "Butch" Jesse Duncan of Darlington, Jack Edward Duncan of New Galilee, Harry Jeffrey Duncan of Rochester, Ruth Ann Malone of Darlington and Kandy Lynn Mueller of Wampum; and her sisters, Betty Langnecker of Virginia Beach, Rose Murray of Beaver Falls and Mary Challis of Ellwood City. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
