Cogley (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania), born in Dayton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Levi and Bertha Cogley (Anthony); and his wife Betty Lou Cogley (Dixon). He is survived by: his children, Richard Cogley (Licia), Dan Cogley, William Cogley Jr. (Trena), Bonnie Bryant (Tyrone), Kathie Wijnen-Riems (Dutch), Kandie Pifer (Albert) and Terri Emes (Ed). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
