He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Fisher and Anna McClelland Fisher; his wife Darlene Fisher; his sons, Billy and Chris; his granddaughter Cassandra; his sister Carol; his sisters-in-law, Pat Smith and Judy DeBarardinis; and his sibling's children, Ramona and Frank.
