She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara A. Kofalt (Paul), Laura F. Everett and Theresa L. Boots (Donald); her grandchildren, Michelle Kofalt, Sharon Brandon and Nathan Kofalt; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Boots, Destiny McCune and Jessica Rich; her siblings, David Wilson, Carol Thompson and Sally Young; and her close friend Patty Marshall.
The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, 3582 Brodhead Rd, #201, Monaca, PA 15061.
