She was predeceased by: her parents, George Calvin and Jewel Crumm Henderson; and her brother G. Calvin Henderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Nolan of Virginia and Cynthia Sheline of Beaver; and her granddaughter Danielle Nolan of Brooklyn, NY..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Audrey's name to Park Presbyterian Church.
