She is survived by: her boyfriend William Mohr, Sr.; her children, Wayne Robert Leichliter, Lora Lynn Leichliter and Melissa Ann Smith (Zach); her grandchildren, Jayden and Jackson; and her siblings, Bobby, Ricky, Denny, Raymond, Lori Michele, Noelle and Melanie.
