She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross J. Barker and Betty R. Barker. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Katie Hogue, Liz Hogue (Jeff Melhorn) and Ross Hogue; her sister Patricia Allison (George); and her grandchildren, Rosie, Midnight, Elliot and Rex.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Deborah's name to the Champion Life Church, 2679 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
