We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2021, at the age of 88, Deloris A. Barney (Beaver, Pennsylvania), born in Huntington, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Havens and Virgie Havens Yacynyk; her husband Anthony "Skinny" Barney; her son Gary Barney; her sister Helen Bahm; and her niece Rose Presutti.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Barney of East Liverpool and Susan Packard of Hopewell Township; her grandchildren, Christopher Barney, Paul Barney, Eric White, Jovonia White, Matthew Packard (Caroline), Adam Packard (Jackie) and Drew Packard (Crystal); and her sibling's children, Barbara Barney, Renee Burks and Michael Barney. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
