She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Harrison, Kirk Johns (Lorraine) and Tracy Costo (Todd); her grandchildren, Travis Costo, Stephen Ratkovich, Brent Johns, Brent Harrison, April Johns Dorsey (Aaron), Harlee Johns and Anthony Johns; her husband Harold "Jack" Johns; her siblings, Bill Martin and Shirley Raddish; and her great grandchild Luca G. Johns.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Arlene's name may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Beaver.
