He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stout and Myrtle Stout; and his brother Melvern Stout. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Brown Stout; his children, Charles E. Stout, Brenda S. Applegate (Roger), Ohioville, Diane Jacoby (John) of Dover, PA and Julie Modany (Rob); his sisters, Betty Burk of Beaver and Jean Grosskopf of Beaver; his grandchildren, Bradley, Brian Applegate, Alex, Laura Jacoby, Liz Mitzel (Taylor), Angela Jones (Forrest) and Nick Modany; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Bailee and Ben.
