She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Chirico and Maria Chirico (Serafino); her husband George; her sons, Dennis Churney, Sr. and Richard; her daughter-in-law DeRonda Young; her grandson Dennis Churney, Jr. (DJ); and her siblings, Mary Zappia, Frank Chirico, Anthony Chirico, Angeline Schafer, Dominic Chirico and Betty Schroeder.
She is survived by: her daughter Toni Thompson; her daughter-in-law Barbara Churney; her son Ron; her daughter-in-law Maureen Young of Carlisle, PA; her daughter Cheryl; her son-in-law Gene Rees; her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Jeri Lynn Young; her sisters, Rose Crocker and Josephine Cantanzarite; and her nephew Tony Chirico. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society or Good Samaritan Hospice.
