Elva Forsythe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elva Forsythe in Beaver, Pennsylvania, born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shook and Viola Mae Shook (Thompson); her husbands, Thaddeus J. Koloski and Irvin G. Forsythe; her son-in-law Daniel Schofield; and her sister Olive Mae Shook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie (Charles Durr) and Susan Schofield; her grandchildren, Thadina Brozich (John) of Beaver Falls, Gregory Durr of Beaver Falls and Isaac Schofield of Beaver Falls; her great grandchildren, Dayton and Amirah Schofield; and also Rev. Phillip Huggins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made in Jane's name to : Tiny Cause Dog Rescue, 131 Columbia Avenue, Vandergrift, PA 15690, knowing her love for dogs and her Boston Terriers, this is what Jane would have wanted.
