She was predeceased by: her parents, August Blum and Della Blum; and her husband Richard Bell. She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Bell (Joan), Margaret Baldassare (Louis) and Ruth Ann Kuhlmann (Thomas); her grandchildren, Richard H. Bell of East Palestine, OH, Melissa J. Wargin of Vanport Twp, Craig Baldassare (Kelly) of Vanport Twp, Claudine E. Rumbaugh (Hugh) of Vanport Twp, Timothy J. Kuhlmann (Heather) of Vanport Twp and Abby N. Dorsky (William) of Vanport Twp; and her great grandchildren, Liam Dorsky, Catherine, Reanna, Richard, Courtney Bell, Sydnie, Seth Wargin, Jackson, Graycin, Griffin Baldassare, Taylor, Nathaniel Kuhlmann, Conor and Hudson Rumbaugh. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
