She is survived by: her son David Purnell (Lori); her granddaughter Roxanne Purnell; her great grandchild Sophie Hockenberry; her grandchildren, Chuck Orzechowski (Shawnsen), Nicholas and Caroline; her stepson Robert Sampson (Lea) of Nashau, NH; her sibling's children, Joyce Bailey of Austin, TX, Sally Carlson (Ken) and James Cunningham (Elaine Foltz) of New Castle, PA; and her friends, Katie Schneider and Nancy Yates.
