She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Hornbeck and Margaret M. Hornbeck; her spouse Lee G. Keefer; her son Lee G. Keefer, Jr.; and her brother Donald M. Hornbeck.

She is survived by: her daughter Marsha L. Keefer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Fontaine's name may be made to Beaver United Methodist Church, 345 College Ave., Beaver, PA 15009.
