He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Sr. Progar and Anna Progar (Yaklich); and his sister Judith Palmieri (Progar). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kim Hardin (Ken), Louann Progar and Frank Progar (Julie); his grandchildren, Franklin Ihle, Nicole Nadzam, Joshua and Connor Progar; his sister Karen Progar; his sister-in-law Louann Meisinger (Roy); his aunt Catherine Progar; his nephews, Alan Palmieri (Jean), Daniel Palmieri (Michelle) and Nathan Palmieri (Carrie); and his friends, Ed Prince, Ron Roland and Stan Antkiewicz.
