He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bailey and Rachael Bailey (Peckens); his former wife Lorraine Bailey; and his siblings, Emma, Arthur, Eugene, Clayton, Raymond, William and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rose Bailey (English); his siblings, Howard Bailey, Leonard Bailey (Linda) and Shirley Caplinger; his sons, Anthony Welling, Scott Bailey and Cody English; his grandchildren, Kasee, Kylee, Allison, Abigail and Alexandria; and also, Christine Cipolla (Anthony) and Candice Snare (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
