He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Powell and Alice Powell (Hogue); his sisters, Donna Medarac and Peggy Yarmola; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Dierdorf and Robert Dierdorf.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Powell (Dierdorf) of Beaver, PA; his children, Greg Powell of Beaver, PA, Scott Powell of Venetia, PA and Mary Lynn Powell of Tallmadge, OH; his daughters-in-law, Patti Powell of Beaver, PA and Michelle Powell of Venetia, PA; his grandchildren, Meghan Sperdute, Emily Condio (Matt), Kylie Powell and Michael Powell; his brother Richard Powell (Dick) of Spingfield, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Dierdorf of Center, PA and Roberta Dierdorf of Monaca, PA.. He is also survived by many close friends and many nieces and nephews.
