He is survived by: his mother Karen Bock Alston; his stepfather Michael Alston; his children, Cody Apsokardu of Midland, Jason Apsokardu, Jr. of Midland and Angellia Apsokardu; his granddaughter Ja'Leah Lowe; his girlfriend Suzanne Shaffer (Perine); his stepdaughters, Cassie Shaffer of Nashville, TN and Caitie Shaffer; his sister Stacey Cope; his brother-in-law Richard Cope; his stepsister Lora Alston; and his sibling's children, Riley Cope, Madilyn Wilson and Benjamin Wilson of Clinton.
