He is survived by: his wife Fran Fink; his children, Brenda Fink, Bridgewater, John Fink IV (Nicole), Brighton Twp and Jason Fink (Candice); his brother Dan Fink (Aletha) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Avery, Cooper, John V, Tyler and Quintin Fink. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's name may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
