He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bentley Supler Jr. and Helen Lucille McCartney Supler. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca H. Supler; his sons, John B. Supler IV (Margie Blackburn) and Mark A. Supler (Patricia); his grandchildren, Brianna, Brittany, Justin and Jason; and his cousin Peggy Supler Snyder.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions may be made to the church or Beaver County Humane Society.
