She was predeceased by: her parent Leon Dean; and her siblings-in-law, Larrye Lou Dean, Evelyn Williams and Clifton "Packy" Lewis. She is survived by: her parent Ann Dean; her husband William Lewis; her children, Bret Lewis (Beth) of Clinton, PA, Bradley Lewis and Deanna Mahkovec (Drew) of Phoenix, AZ; her brothers, Curt Dean of Brunswick Hills, OH and Jack Dean (Judy); her sister-in-law Carolyn Lewis; her grandchildren, Madison Mahkovec, Mason Mahkovec and Lucas Mahkovec; and also, Beaver and Brighton Twp. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
