She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Sallade Taylor; her daughter Abigail Victoria Bushaw; and her sister Kimberly Ann Bryan. She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Kennedy (Matthew) of Penn Hills, Alexandra Kosol (Jonathan) of McKees Rocks and Elaina Bushaw of Beaver; her grandchildren, Jackson, Lincoln Kennedy and Josephine Kosol; her husband George "Mickey" Bushaw; her sister Lisa Gonzalez (Oscar) of Ambridge; and her brother-in-law Creighton Bryan of North Huntingdon.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made in Kathleen's name to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1098 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009.
