She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Russell and Florence Russell (Yeager); and her husband Robert Raymond Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Raymond K. Hoffman (Sue), Stephen B. Hoffman (Tammy) and Cynthia A. Lucas (John); her sister-in-law Mary Desanzo (Lou); her grandchildren, Kevin Hoffman (Nancy), Joshua Hoffman (Brooke), Pat Hoffman (Jen), Stephen Hoffman (Allison), Brittany, Alyssa Lucas, Justin Hoffman and Nicole Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Nick, Rusty, Bryce, Hunter, Brian, Kinsley and Claire. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution in Kathleen's name can be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, 3582 Brodhead Road, Suite 104, Monaca, PA 1506, or the Beaver County Humane Society.
