He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Walker and Margaret Walker; and his siblings, Bobby, John Walker and Imogene.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walker; his children, Sherre Stout (Edward) of Brighton Township, Keith Walker (Mary) of Economy, Kimberly Masewicz (Randy) of Moon Township and Malcolm D. "Dave" Walker Jr. (Suzanne) of Kenneth City, Florida; his siblings, Joel "Tim" Walker (Cheryl) of Vanport and Sarah Ramsey (Joe) of Vanport; and his grandchildren, Michael Stout (Katharine), Jennifer Storolis (Derek), Jill Baldocchi (Paul), Jeff Walker (Michelle), Stacey Brutout (Doug), Grant Walker, Rachel Skirchak, Sammy Skirchak (Jess), Malcolm D. Walker III and Ryan Walker. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
