She was predeceased by: her parents, Erick E. Smith and Ollie Bridget Cooper Smith; her former husband Lloyd P. Tudor; her husband James Gallagher; her son Dallas Gene Tudor; her grandson Christopher Tudor; and her brothers, Everette, Leroy, Kelly and Cecil Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Coombs (Ronald) of Center Township; her grandsons, Lloyd Darrel Tudor (Kathy) of East Liverpool and Robert Lee "Bub" Tudor of Ohioville; and her sister Myrtle Walls of East Liverpool. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
