It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ota Carmody of Beaver, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Carmody; her sisters, Emma Culbertson, Leona Confer, Arnetta Henderson and Sandra Hilton; and her granddaughter Christina Carmody.
She is survived by: her children, Otis Fugate (Dee), Gary Carmody (Robin), Jeff Carmody (Tricia) and Vicki Stephenson (Keith); and her grandchildren, Bricelyn Shafron (Adam), Brandi Shafron, Garren Schepis (Bill), Brandon Fugate, Jason Butler (Michelle), Cara Carmody, Chelsea Hancox (Ryan) and Jeffrey Carmody (Amber). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
