He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ross and Nellie Ross (Stala); his brother Joseph Ross; his son-in-law Thomas Lampone; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemarie Ross and Barbara Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Terrence Ross (Laurie) of Meridian, ID, Gregory Ross (I. Maria) of Ohioville, PA, Patricia Lampone of Charlotte, NC and Pamela Snowden (Thomas); his grandchildren, Katina Ross-Larson (Carl), Marina Ross-Yaroshchuk (Yaro), Jennifer Ross-Vanucci (Dominic), Vincent Ross, Nathan Lampone, Tia Lampone-Smith (Chad), Zachary Snowden, Garrett Snowden and Mitchell Snowden; his great grandchildren, Dante, Cecelia Vanucci, Thomas Moore and Rachael Smith; and his brothers, Dominic Ross of Charlotte, NC and John Ross (Fran) of Moon Twp, PA. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
As Patsy was a lover of all animals, any donations in his honor may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society.
