He was predeceased by: his parent Miles Kermiet; and his son Donald Kermiet. He is survived by: his parent Audrey Kermiet; his wife Darlene Gillespie Kermiet; his daughters, Christine Moye (John Pamer), Chippewa Twp and Tara; his sister Penny (John); his grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Devyn Moye and Deryn Moye; his siblings-in-law, Bob Whittingham and Cindy Whittingham; and also Brighton Twp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
