He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Jean (Zahniser) and Robert J. Rowe Sr.. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Jane (Perska) and William Bobbert; his sister-in-law Janet (William Bobbert); his son James Andrew Rowe; his wife Mary Rowe (Bobbert); his siblings, Kenny (Pat Rowe), William (Robin Rowe), Debbie (Robert Thompson) and Diane Rea; and his children, Robert Rowe (Theresa) and Laura Ellefson (Dustin). He is also survived by niece and several nephews and other close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in memory of Robert J. Rowe Jr. to the Rotary Foundation.
