He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Taylor and Opal Taylor; and his son Scott Allan Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Giles Taylor; his children, Roger L. Taylor and Cynthia Underwood (William); his brothers, Charles E. Taylor (Janet) and William (Susan); and his cousin Virginia "Ginger" Hennen.
