She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles B. Agnew and Anna Murphy Agnew (Annie); her sons, Daniel (Judith Rowley) and Erie; her grandson James E. Rowley II (Sherry L. Layne); her brother Robert Agnew; her sister-in-law Esther Agnew; her sibling's children, Kay Agnew Bonsall (Samuel), Charles Agnew (Anne) and John Agnew (Cynthia); and her cousin Theresa Baliaro (Joe).
Ruth's funeral and interment were private due to Covid.
