It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally C. Buffington (Beaver, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Capper and Margaret Capper; and her husband Dr. Richard Buffington. She is survived by: her brother Charles Capper; and her children, Michael, Kathleen, Therese (Bowden), James and Christopher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
