She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard S. Parker and Edith Parker (Reed); and her husband Millard Dale Cottrill. She is survived by: her children, Dale Cottrill (Beth) of Beaver, PA. and Kim McQuate (Glen) of Abbington, VA; her siblings, Beth Rossi of Philadelphia, PA, Don Parker of Parkersburg, WV and David Parker of Marietta, OH.; her grandchildren, Sara Baldauff, Lara McGill, William McQuate and Alison DeRatt; and her great grandchildren, Paul Baldauff, Andrew Baldauff, Grace Baldauff, Taylor Baldauff, Ryder Deratt and Talullah McGill.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all activities are private.
