He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Crumrine Schwertz; his children, Kenneth, Thomas Russell and Roseanne; his brother Charles M; his sister-in-law Mary M. Schwertz; and his close friends, John Miles, Industry and Ellen Eberhart.
