He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Marie Probsdorfer Challis; his sons, Tom Challis III, Scott Challis (Gina) of Freedom and Ed Challis of Brighton Twp; his stepson George Douds (Kathy) of Pittsburgh; his daughter Leanne Challis of Brighton Twp; and his grandchildren, Alexis Challis of Freedom and Kaitlin Challis of San Diego.
