He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mumaw and Laura Mumaw (Wisniewski). He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Broton, George and Michael Mumaw; his children, Ruthanna Shaffer, Laura Palmer of Millbrook, NY, Thomas C. Mumaw Jr. (Kimberly) and Beaver Twp; his grandsons, Jacob Shaffer, Joshua and Matthew Mumaw; his sister Marie Welsh; his half-brother Paul; and also Amy Weaver.
