He is survived by: his wife Christiane Koehn Lewis; his children, Melanie Snavely (Todd) of New Sewickley Twp, Jeffrey Lewis (Lenora) of Copley and Martin Lewis (Teri) of Medina, Ohio; his brother Roger Lewis of Baden; and his grandchildren, Madison Snavely, Luke Snavely, Elisabeth, Autumn, Hallie Lewis, Arden, Sydney and Isaac Lewis.
