He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Diamond; his grandson Tyler Bertoli; and his brothers, Thomas Edward Diamond and Joseph Earl Diamond. He is survived by: his wife Carol Clemens Diamond; his children, Brian Diamond, Daniel Diamond (Sandra), Chippewa, Cory Diamond (Corrina), Diana Snook (Shawn) and Jill (Hesham); and his siblings, John Neal (Sherry) and Sharon (Wayne). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
