He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Mencanin Belich (Yanyanin); his children, Melisa Skiles (Gary), Billy Mencanin Jr. and Steve Mencanin; his grandchildren, Ashley Skiles, Jesscia Skiles, Billy Mencanin, Shane Mastin and Justin Rife; his former wife Roberta; and his sister-in-law Meca Mencanin. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
