He is survived by : his wife Dixie Mead (Fix); his children, Jimmy Mead (Mareen) of Jefferson City, MO, Gerald Mead (Robin) of Louisburg, NC, David Mead (Faith) of Greeley, Andrew Mead of Huguenot, NY, Terry Yaple (Richard) of Woodbourne, NY, Tina Anderson (George) of Greenville, NY and Tammy Prey (Harry) of Matamoras, PA; his stepchildren, Tina Crissey (Roger) of Bedford, Jodi Sindelar of Erie, Douglas J. Auker (Michelle) of Bedford, Kevin Alan Auker (Kimberly) of Tokyo, Japan and Keith Alan Auker (Connie) of Schellsburg; and his siblings, Catherine Ardler of Greenville, NY and Joseph Mead of Greenville, NY.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
