Though Billie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard L. Clark and Charlotte Clark; her husband Donald "Beatle" Beatty; and her siblings, Allen Clark and Cynthia Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse Beatty (Beth Weaver) of Clarksville and Lisa Beatty of Fayette City; her granddaughter Alicia Foster; and her siblings, Maynard Leo Clark, LaVerne Pollack and Dawn Hega.
