We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2025, at the age of 78, Darla J. Craig of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Jones and Virginia Rue Jones; and her sister Gail Ann Thomas. She is survived by: her son Bruce; her daughter-in-law Margaret Girgenrath of Greensburg; her siblings, Lesie (Colleen Jones), Jeffrey (Cindy Jones), Eric (Monica Jones) and Denise Brown of Rostraver Twp; her grandchildren, Ashley Fisher, Jessica Yocolano, Emily Jo Girgenrath and Lucas Girgenrath; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, James, Gianna, Nico and Kyrie.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Belle Vernon (626 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A prayer was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Sebastian Church (801 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A burial was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Belle Vernon Cemetery (1000 Broad Ave, North Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Darla J. Craig to the foodbank or the Belle Vernon Bag Brigade.
