She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel L. Felgar; her son Daniel E. Kelley; her daughter-in-law Diane S. Kelley (Vargo); and her siblings, Samuel H. Felgar, Robert E. Felgar, Jack W. Felgar, Doris J. Felgar, Betty E. Keffer, Frances R. Welch and Mary C. Keffer.
She is survived by: her parent Ruth A. Felgar (Gallagher); her spouse Windell H. Kelley; her son Thomas R. Kelley (Jody) of Belle Vernon; her grandchildren, Rhonda Gilbert (Geno) of Mt. Pleasant, Jessica Kelley of Monessen, Jeremiah Kelley (Christine) of Belle Vernon, Cody Kelley of Belle Vernon and David Houseman of Belle Vernon; and her sisters, Muriel Booher of Connellsville, Marjorie Coughenour of Mt. Pleasant, Dorothy Johnson of Scottdale and Martha Tietze of Herminie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
