He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Kozlina and Emma Kozlina (Shemik); and his sister Joann Rogers. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie McLane (Pittsburgh) and Sandy Kozlina (Uniontown); and his siblings' children, Nick (Liz), Chris Ann Rogers (Washington), Clyde of Birmingham, AL, Craig (Dani Jo) and Leesa McLane (Mount Lebanon). He is also survived by his great nieces & special friends.
